Att bevisa att loot boxes ?r faktiska hasardspel kommer sannolikt att vara en tr?kig process (se Nederl?nderna), men att l?na fr?n fungerande l?sningar (dvs. Xbox:s s?tt att kontrollera k?p i spel) ?r vettigt f?r mig.

DCMS first said it would not add loot boxes to the Gambling Act 2005 review. They announced the parental consent measure shortly after, though, which I feel is a good way to regulate loot boxes.
Proving loot boxes are actual gambling is likely to be a tedious process (see the Netherlands), but borrowing from working solutions (i.e. Xbox's way of controlling in-game purchases) makes sense to me.
