Slot games but they blocked my account shortly after and refused to allow me to widrawal,this is the reason my complain here is unsolved,the casino didn't showed any wrong doing from my side and now I'm struggling to get my money,I think the casino management is playing a trick with me but I don't give up .

How I can contact further the casino? I had a conversation with them on chatt support but after they answer to few questions and told me that they're willing to make a widrawal request for my balance simply blocked me to access chat support,on email they are not responsive. Is someone here able to get in touch with some casino representants? Vip manager L***S maybe ,with him I was talking on chat support but quickly after he answered few questions he turned the chatt support off. Like you know my account is blocked and funds confiscated but seems that he was saying about a widrawal request.

Hello, in my opinion it is hard to guess whether you talk with a real person or whether it is a chatbot. I'm sorry to see this method wasn't helpful at all.

I have no direct contacts to managers and as you can see, the casino rating has fallen because the current management is incapable of handling issues. It pains me a lot but I can't see anything positive to tell you. ??

In my situation the casino confiscated all my balance,is this like a Revenge thing going on like never before, on top of that they refused all the communication,so I'm not able to get in touch with them.

I needed to share this so people can see the true face of this casino.

Of course I did but nobody answered,the casino doesn't have any license from any gambling authority. They run without license.

So sad that I can't do anything to recover my real balance,so the casino used against me fake accusations without showing any Proofs against me of wrong doing.

And seems they can do anything without someone that Controls they're actions.

This casino should be flagged at scam operation because I see all people struggling to widrawal they're funds,they don't even pay small amounts of couple hundred euro...

It is not just sad. It is stupid and scammy. Let me catch up with colleagues from other teams to find out whether there is a new Cura?ao regulator option to contact. I recall someone mentioned that a few weeks ago it looked like Curacao was changing its name from "Gaming Control Board" to "Curacao Gaming Authority" on the licenses. 

Perhaps something else got changed.

I see you're lucky,they blocked my account and confiscated my funds after my account was fully verified.

I also had a widrawal of 5000 euro succesfully. But after that they hold on my 27000 euro left and blocked me .

And for 5 months they refuse to answer on any of my requests.

How sounds that? Account Fully verified with all documents requested, account blocked out from nowhere without any proofs of wrong doing from my side !!

My account was fully verified with all documents requested!!

Even if The Netherlands is not on they're accepted countries they fully verified my account!!!

So practically they broke they're own terms and conditions!

More dangerous is that they confiscated my own real balance!

I'm trying now to contact authorities and and regulatory bodies,they even broke consumer laws because they refuse communication with me .
