I’ve got a balance in my account that I’ve tried to withdraw on countless occasions. The only withdrawal methods available are bank transfer and crypto currency. I’ve emailed support multiple times asking why the cash out is rejected every time and they just send you in circles. "It appears to be incorrect account details", "your address needs to be updated", "we’ve now updated your profile post code" etc etc etc. All false claims and delay tactics I’m assuming they use to try and wait for people to give up and wager (and lose) their balance. I’ve asked them to provide alternative withdrawal methods (e.g. to withdraw to the debit card used to deposit) and they just ignore and keep responding to requests as if it’s a new issue each time. I’m getting to the point where I feel like it is impossible to successfully receive the funds I have legitimately won.

Tell me, though, please, in what state it is now? Or they rejected it again?

Have they explained the reason, at least, for doing so? Or just that the information was incorrect?

Have you checked again if you provided the right details about your bank account?

I’ve lodged the withdrawal and had it rejected around 10 times. So the balance is just sitting in my account currently. I’ve asked them to provide a withdrawal method that I can successfully use as the bank transfer keeps being rejected. I’m assuming they are transferring funds from an international account (outside of Australia, where I am) so I’ve advised the correct SWIFT code for my bank, and correct account number, but rejected everytime. They aren’t even responding to my emails anymore.

I think you did well but if it was still rejected it would be best to know some concrete reason. If they don't write anything down, it's hard to find the words. 

I'd be happy if they could give you some method by which you could withdraw but if they don't write you off I wouldn't be so positive. 

So we will have to wait for our team and their investigation.
