Okay, so what you described in the chat is also written in the terms and conditions somewhere in the tournament ? If so then I wouldn't see the problem on their side because it seems to me that this happens quite often. So let me know if you knew about it beforehand or not.

It s not writen at terms and codnition of tournament I gambling more then 5 years and evrey time check the rules if is some limit for withdraval.

Also slots they are manipulated - when you deposit your money your max win ll be maybe x30 your bets then if you have active bonus with wagering with x 30 wagering - when you Play with bonus funds like mericale you win sometimes your bet x 150 ( never win more then that here) and ofc just before your wagering is finish all slots eat money and your balance drop down to zero I understand if sometimes player have bad luck but isnt possible to almost evrey time is same scenario happen if you dont belive me I also have my Screendshots of bonus rounds so you can compare wins with real funds and bonus runds

That's a pity, maybe something could be solved, but if you took it like that, then I guess there's nothing more to do. I hope that elsewhere the experience will be better and the requirements will be clearer than in this case.

as you all can see igorbohacek is another who fell victim to your high safety ratings on a dodgy casino just as i have heart goes out to the dude 600EUR was a lot more than i lost these sites and those similar/under same management are absolute crooks please warn players to read the reviews if enough of us have come forward and your still not going to alter the safety rating

What is important in his case is that the complaint was not open. It doesn't work that a player comes to the forum and writes that the casino was dishonest and so on, another one comes and we run away to change the safety index. There has to be a basis on which we resort to such a thing. And complaints are important, because if the casino doesn't try to resolve them and we are on the player's side, then the casino gets black points. And then the safety index changes. Do you see how that works?

i have quiet an amazing idea for you to mull over with the other casino guru workers how about making a tab dedicated to community discussion on how tell apart fake games what to look out for skeptical lagg at live casino etc these details are extremely hard to bring back to casino guru. your asking us to provide which was quoted to me by a casino guru specialist, "being able to determine if a game if fake is not an easy task and we have to work with the provider as to how to find proof that these games are indeed a rip off, mate ive messaged a few providers now still waiting on a reply 2-3 months and counting... your asking us to provide what you cant even do to prove a slots fake, instead dedicate a tab about fake games discussion and how to tell i have a couple points ive come across on the internet im sure others have because theyre sick of getting ripped off as well we can all perhaps forge a fail safe guide on how to properly do it on our own THEN we WILL have what you need to justfully lower the casinos rating..thoughts?

So it's not necessarily a bad idea to have something like that here, but if I'm thinking correctly, our data team that does the review also looks at whether the games are fake or not. Of course, it could happen over time that a casino would resort to such a thing, but I think it would only hurt them. When we find something like that, we always mention it in the review. 

Anyway, did I get it right that you would like some kind of "guide" on how to detect fake games ? Or did I misunderstand that ? You'll find plenty on this topic on the forum too, and you can certainly check out the other threads with gamers' opinions as well.

if your data team does what your saying then they would damn well know the casinos in question are up to no good so dont feed a load of garbage like that, and yes a guide but not a guide, a thread where people can add various ways they have found to WITHOUT A DOUBT prove games in question are fake i know a couple ideas but would love to bounce tech savvy knowledge with others for the benefit of EVERYONE, anyone could read and apply these tests and bring the results back to casino guru and you would have absolutely no choice to lower their safety rating

If it was about refferal links and the like, we wouldn't support the players and wouldn't try to help them in any way. What would a forum be for then, ask yourself. We could just do a review and if players want to play let them play and if they don't let them not play. Sometimes it would be good to think about it from another side than just your own. When players have a good idea or share something that they could use some help with, we can ask. Whether it is implemented or not is not for me to decide. So that's why I gave you the answer I did. Because I can try to raise it, but how it will be dealt with and whether it will be followed up I cannot guarantee. If that is the problem, then I have nothing more to say. I try to understand the players as well as everybody else when they have difficult situations but also when they come with an accusation, it's not just about that, but I played there and that's how it is. Do you know how many players would have led us on like that and tried things on us until we found out the truth ? The complaints are a great example.

Ya, Well I have to agree with igorbohacek and mjayare6 because I have deposited at this casino many times and was surprised to see the high rating it got here on Guru.. I have experienced the same problems with the site as described, like feeling of being ripped off.

I can never get a hold of anyone on chat or email support does not even seem to get back to me. That is when I decided to quit depositing there. Also when seems you never win when you get close to or around wagered the bonus. Yes, I feel there are times when you play games and never get a bonus round. When I tried to contact them the last time because of a emailed bonus that I had a question about, I received no response in live chat or emailed to support with no response as well.

In such a case, I personally would probably not use such a casino. If you try to inquire and nothing happens and nobody answers, then the communication is not at the best level. And I think that's important for the players.
