If I may add my point of view, I feel a bit of a misunderstanding here. To be able to receive payment, you need to have access to a certain bank account. It does not matter whether you prefer online banking or have to visit the post office to be able to interact with the funds.
In this case, the post office is just an access point, not a party directly involved in the transaction.
When they say "supplier" the casino is referring to its third-party partner called "payment provider", as explained:
"that if the casino does not handle the payouts directly, they will most likely pass the expected time frame to you because the casino also lacks the information. Furthermore, if the payment provider stands behind the initial delay, I imagine the casino simply does not possess the answer."
Imagine the casino as a company using shared services, which is perfectly normal these days. Such a company delegated every possible action to other companies, focusing solely on concrete tasks or jobs.
It has nothing to do with the post office, and, more likely, not even with your bank.
Based on the previous info, the casino's payment provider has issues, and even the casino is waiting for a solution or updates.
