I understand that it's not nice if a casino gives you a deadline and doesn't meet it, I would certainly be frustrated as well. 

However, as I mentioned before, 14 days is a reasonable amount of time to give the casino to pay you out. After that time, we would contact them, which is why I mention it. But then you would have to have a complaint filed. 

Anyway, have you been in contact with the casino and asked them what's going on and why you don't have the money yet when they gave you the deadline?
