Hello, has anyone else had to go through a video verification with Betunlim Casino?


At first, I was told that the legitimacy check would take up to 14 business days, and later my account was temporarily blocked due to a required video verification. After completing the video call, they again said the results will take up to 14 business days. My current account balance is €13,166.


Has anyone experienced something similar? How long did it actually take, and what was the outcome?

Yeah their verification process takes a long time 14 days for each document verification and they require one document at a time. But video !!! I never heard of this.

I understand, thank you for your reply. I played honestly and was also surprised that I was asked to complete a video verification. My account is temporarily blocked, which is causing me a lot of stress, even though I followed all the casino’s rules. I truly hope everything will be reviewed fairly. Well, it is nothing unusual that online casinos would do this kind of verification as well because they don't have the opportunity to see their players face-to-face.

Have they informed you, though, if you have passed the verification at all, or do you still have to wait?

As of now, I have not received any response from BetUnlim regarding the result of the video verification.


The verification took place on June 27th, and my account was already temporarily blocked even before that. Since then, I have been waiting for any update, but there has been no information.


I hope they will provide a fair decision soon, but at this point, I still have no confirmation whether I passed the verification or not.
