I don't know how but look at the screen shots. One is lapalingo the other from sunmaker. The slot is legacy of dead. At sunmaker at the bottom the section where you can choose the automatic spins. It's all grey not green. I can't access them. The other three sliders adjust themselves so they never go higher as 1€. . And as you can see at Lapalingo everything is normal. In this setting I would play with 4€ a spin. The third shot is the pop-up at Lapalingo when I opened the slot. I couldn't do a English version because the option for switching language is gone.
It basically says Sorry dear customer but as you know we got this new laws since 1.july and there is this 5.3%tax the government likes you to pay with each spin. If you play with 50cent a spin this would be 0.0265cent
