Yeah I was able to pass verification but only after the withdrawal was returned to my account after days of trying to process it. It was clear the casino has no interest in letting a customer cash out winnings. I spent hours trying to complete all the required stipulations... then in the support chat I was lied to over and over again. Everyone they has a new excuse or a new document was required. After days of this I had had enough and was resigned to the fact that Bulletz casino was never going to let me withdraw my winnings. So I just gambled it away and closed my account to such a scam site.

I verified my account on mobile, all documents were approved and account status changed to verified/approved.

After half an hour, thought I'd request a withdrawal only to find out that my verified account had turned into unverified.

Visited live chat, they said I needed to provide proof of address. I told them it was already approved and live chat started mumbling something about having to pass this on to security department.

I wish I would've seen these posts before even depositing (quite a lot) to this casino. Would've saved me a lot of trouble. I just can't understand how Bulletz can have such a high score/rating here in CasinoGuru when it seems that they are doing their utmost to their customers not being able to withdraw their winnings.

They're very friendly towards you in live chat until it's time to cash out. After that you're not a wanted customer anymore. Note, I played with no bonuses, pure cash and yet they still do this kinda stunts, shame on them. They also got my money, lost the lot, so well done Spinwise and your stalling tactics.

Many times the live chat is not aware about what is going on with players withdrawals, and it is always better to get in touch with the support by email to find out more details.

May I ask if you were able to find out anything related to why they would ask for the same document again?

Is your account verified now, though? ??

You're completely missing the point and the mark here.

My account was already verified. Until they did the same thing as they had done for another person in this discussion as well- and it was changed back to unverified.

It was just impossible to withdraw and suddenly when my account balance reached zero, my account became verified again.

Shady tactics like that, no need to discuss further or ever touch any of these places again.
