Thought I would share my experience which I have had in the past when using Casino Extreme.
I usually an not a huge fan of RTG casinos, but Casino Extreme has been the an exception. The main reason for this has always been the withdrawal process, how long the wait is, and the reliability of even receiving the payment.
I can think of five other RTG sites of the top of my head that had me in limbo waiting for the payment, or waiting to have my documents verified, and I would end up losing the money, because two weeks pushes my self control to it's breaking point.
Casino Extreme however has stayed true to their claims about instant payouts. I have had at least five successful payouts, all over $1,000. Each one was in my wallet in less than 30 minutes.
The last thing I would like to add, is that once gambling became a problem in my life, and no longer was just a hobby, I requested for a self exclusion. They were very professional about it, and I immediately stopped receiving any emails or promotional materials from them.
Overall, I think they are worth checking out if you are in the US and trying to find a site that you don't need to get anxiety when you hit a big win.
