Honestly, this is something I see more and more often for German players. It's probably due to new legislation in Germany. I believe many casinos have issues sending the money there so they use crypto for this purpose.

Honestly, I'd give them 2 weeks in total. If they still don't verify your account, then you could submit a complaint on our website. I know 2 weeks of waiting for a verification is a lot, but at least you could say you gave them enough time.

i just had a look - the review was approved also three weeks ago. or did i miss the point?
but besides my review - my point is that Casinoin needs to be checked again. also in other forums there are more and more complaints. about closing the account because of supposed duplicates, not paying etc.

Honestly, we currently have only 1 unresolved complaint against the casino and 18 have been resolved. I'd say that's a great ratio http://www.kpvfaw.com/casinoin-review#tab=js-tab-reputation
8 cases are still open so let's see how it develops.
