Honestly, I'd give them 2 weeks in total. If they still don't verify your account, then you could submit a complaint on our website. I know 2 weeks of waiting for a verification is a lot, but at least you could say you gave them enough time.

but besides my review - my point is that Casinoin needs to be checked again. also in other forums there are more and more complaints. about closing the account because of supposed duplicates, not paying etc.
