I have the same problems. I have 289€ and they do not finish my verification. My docs are in pending status and waiting for review from operator... Nobody answers to my mails and livechat doesn't work. All my withdrawal requests canceled because.... I have to sent my ID Card or Passport or driver licence. As you can see to.
