This casino's support either ignores or uses boilerplate delaying tactics. It's better to give up and play at another casino. At the very least, be sure to look at some of the review sites at the next casino you play. And don't look at ratings, but on player reviews. I just won $900 on Elegant spins casino and they canceled my withdrawal and took the whole amount off my account as well. They said it was because I had made another account after I made the withdrawal and unfortunately I did make another account to help my mom get her own account and I used my phone to make it and they took all my money saying it’s because I linked another account to my IP address…. Can they do this to me? I talked to customer service via chat and they said to email them to delete the other account and it would fix it but the same person who I spoke to on the chat was the same person that responded to the email and he said that all the funds are forfeited because it was a violation of their policy because it was won from bonus money that I played with. However it was not the original bonus money that I was trying to withdraw because I had already played through the bonus amount more than I had originally won. So I hate life rn cause I really needed that $900 and had already made some promises that now I can’t keep…. Can I sue for this money or how has anyone else gone about this kind of issue?

They absolutely can. And you have no recourse, especially if you're stateside. Believe me I tried. They took 3 times that from me and I spent well over a month trying to resolve the issue and complained and cried everywhere that would hear me and all I got was the rude awakening of realizing I was their latest victim. And don't trust Trust Pilot cuz they are willfully in cahoots with Elegant. Btw they took my money with no violation whatsoever. And ultimately said if I took down reviews on TP they would pay but I hadn't even wrote them til it'd been weeks of nonpayment without explanation. They only pay free bonus winnings with max cash outs occasionally to create the allusion of payment and Garner positive reviews but any substantial win won will be delayed indefinitely and ultimately voided without due cause.
