I can agree. Yes they lie. I raised a escalated complaint as I asked for self exclusion. I clearly stated this in an email. But they response was to entice with offers which is against responsible gaming policies and then lied that they didnt get clear clarification. They are allegedly regulated by the Anjouan gaming authority who never ever ever respond to any complaints or emails. Other players have this issue. I have emails,screenshots ,chat transcripts to back up my claims.

Otherwise, we won't be able to do much if they won't communicate with us.
To wait 20 days for the account closure when you clearly stated the gambling issues is really bad and unprofessional from the casino's side. It should never happen to anyone.

Yes I agree, from what i see the Anjouan seems to be a one sided regulator, I have read here that hundreds of people have reached out and never received any responses. We will see but I suspect Pistolo will not respond

Ok so the game is bonus crab resl time claw game
Because I automatically know claw to be dishonest I record the game.
In this particular game I had all the hurdle no live feed, controls are working time is counting down. Nothing but diamond prize on screen $15 real money prize locations
Are easy enough even blind hold down then left press up 2 times quickly grab or wait i waited hoping for video to be allowed again.

Now I sent the the video to pistolo and they had the audacity to say the correct prize was issued.
The video proves it all wrong.
Furthermore they ask for a bet id no problem except there is no record of it I ask why I have no traceability with a bet id no reponse.
The bet id should show for either the real prize or the wrong prize but it does not for this suspicious wouldn't you say.
So I ask for this to be investigated no response I again ask for the prize to be corrected. Then they ask for a bet id.
Circular stupidity.
I would show that screenshot for the bet id oddly not there but they have details can't share publicly. Few other pies from them but this is getting long
Here is the kicker I raised a dispute with guru but despite the overwhelming evidence guru rejected and the reason was nonsense.
They sent my the game rules and then make up a rules stating the prizes are randomly selected. That is incorrect. There is a rule if 2 prizes are pick up then randomly one will be selected all diamonds does not apply.
Even if I pick up 2
I resubmitted and guru rejected without an explanation.

To be completely honest with you, we forum admins are not familiar with your rejected complaint. Frankly, the screenshot you posted is completely unreadable. I understand the current problem is more or less the fact that the reason for rejection, which appears to be quite long, hence I also guess very detailed, feels like nonsense to you.
However, since neither I nor the others are familiar with the text, I suggest that you start by copying and pasting the text directly into the post instead. Then we can focus on something concrete.

I was curious about the screen being unreadable so I checked out whilst signed out on my phone, tablet. Laptop, desktop and smart tv. All were crystal clear. So do you need glasses maybe?

Hello and thank you for this. I was hoping to get some steady ground and discuss the details with you, but I don't know the game, so I can't say who's right or wrong.
From my perspective, though, this part is the most relevant:
"and it's impossible for us to prove that you were entitled for a different prize than you received."
Which means we have no ground to oppose the result, hence reaching out to the casino with nothing to support your perspective. It would be just a waste of time, I guess.
The only thing I can add is:
If you have concerns about the complaint, use the reopen button and try to explain it as clearly as possible.
I'm sorry, but I can't provide anything else since I did not check the rules, have never played the game, and honestly, I have no idea what seems wrong. My apologies.
