The casino pays the players, I'd say it just takes them time. They do resolve complaints, albeit quite late, but they don't take players' money based on some made-up rules. That's why it's like that, but these withdrawal times are awfully long I would say and they should definitely work on that.??

I would probably stay with a casino where there is no problem and you don't have to wait weeks for your withdrawal. I don't really understand why players keep trying new ones and then get sad when they run into problems. I just don't get it.

Hello, if you've received money before I wouldn't worry. The casino pays players but quite late in some cases. Sometimes it can take up to two weeks. Maybe a smaller withdrawal amount will be sent faster but I wouldn't count on it. If you go through this thread you will find a lot of similar situations that are being experienced by players.
So try to hang in there and see if you get the money anytime soon.

Hi, that's quite strange but if it's a technical error and it happened to several players I would probably try to be a bit patient and contact them again how it is. I don't think you should lose your account at all because if you didn't break any rules and it's their error, it's not your fault.
In this case, it's a good thing you opened a complaint and we'll see what happens.
Was it your first withdrawal at the casino? Did you have to go through verification or not?
