Hallo Leute nochmal was negatives zu titan bet.

Hab mich selber von casino aussperren lassen leider dabei nicht beachtet das die Sperrung auch bei den dazugeh?rigen casinos erfolgt. Daraufhin habe ich telefonisch den Kundenservice kontaktiert um die Sache rückg?ngig zu machen. Der Service war nicht sehr freundlich und ich habe mich nicht gut behandelt gefühlt (Gefühle k?nnen aber t?uschen) aber nicht in diesen Fall. Der Mitarbeiter hat alles aufgenommen was ich wollte und die mündliche Begründung warum ich mich ausgeschlossen habe, ob ich ein Spiel Problem h?tte etc, anschlie?end versichere er mir das die Bearbeitung meines Antrages maximal 7 Tage dauern würde aber meistens würde es schneller gehen. Nach 8 Tage ist immer noch nichts passiert, daraufhin habe ich da wieder angerufen und nachgefragt was da los ist. Diesmal war eine Frau dran sie entschuldigte sich mehrmals und versicherte mir das sie mein Ticket nochmal weiterleitet zu der Abteilung die das bearbeitet. Nach 8 Tagen ist immer noch nichts passiert. Habe ich da heute wieder angerufen und wieder die Frau am Telefon, mehrmals entschuldigt und auf meine Frage, wie lange ich noch auf die Email warten muss das mein Antrag bearbeitet ist, blieb sie stumm und konnte mir keine Antwort geben. Hallo Daniel ja genau ich habe selbst ein Ausschluss aus dem Casino vorgenommen, weil ich gar nichts gewonnen habe(in anderen Casinos gewinnt man wenigstens zwischendurch kleine Betr?ge aber da kam gar nichts) und leider dabei nicht beachtet das der Ausschluss für alle Casinos gilt die in der gruppe von TitanBet sind, mein Fehler.

Leider ist das nicht acht tage her sondern schon 16 tage seit dem ich telefonisch den Antrag gestellt habe meine Aktion rückg?ngig zu machen obwohl der Mitarbeiter gesagt hat das es maximal 7 tage dauern wird und meistens würde sowas schneller gehen versicherte er mir.
