these guys are crooks.. i redemed one free play bonus and it failed meaning it didn't take and then tried another code and it worked. i played over 2k using a $30 free play credit and ended up with a $55 balance that should be allowed to withrawl.. well as it turns out they say i redeemd twice and i didn't .. and they just make some excuse and closed the chat.. i told them to escalate the issue and they refused to pay me my money! cheaters! don't play here..
