It looks like a couple of people have had a withdrawal but that seems to be to lull you into a false sense of security. I once played at Magicwin and got a withdrawal and I think they are connected somehow

My withdrawal of 840 was paid out 20mins after I completed the link in the email. I’m so so shocked but it’s gone straight into my rbs account so I really can’t complaint. Seeing all of the issues however I won’t be using them again

I imagine you are worried, and I'd like to add a few points:
We can at least try to contact the casino, especially if any player who has been waiting for the withdrawal longer than 14 days is willing to lodge a compalint. I can't promise anything to you; on the other hand, if the casino "officially" fails to pay out within the set timeframe, its Safety Index will at least be decreased. I understand you are all concerned, so browse this guide focused on complaints; if you aim to lodge one, do so.

Has anyone had their chat option removed? I have just had my chat ended by helpful Nicola NOT! I no longer have the option to chat to them? Same old copy and paste bullshit. Your withdrawal is being processed blah blah blah. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!

When it comes to complaints, 14 players have submitted their issues. The oldest cases are about to reach a possible end in the next few days:
The way I see it, the casino is very likely not planning to respond. I'm sorry, it just seems that for some reason this particular casino turned into a possible non paying scam. Basically, we don't have specific ways to detect this unless players start complaining. I wish there was a tool to prevent this.

8.3.1 If a player's accumulated lifetime deposit is not greater than 200 €/￡/$ or 25 mbtc, then the player will be allowed to withdraw only up to x10 his last deposit. (any excess amount will be forfeit)
So I think that's another reason why I wont see my winnings

I must of deposited around 600 all together. I'm now on week 3 and no withdrawel. They gave me 210 v.i.p money to play with but I have refused to play. It's just sitting in my account. Some girl on this thread had her withdrawel sent to her card in like 2 days. So all this 27 day bollox is all lies
