I already heard about this condition in a different casino, but I think it's strange. There's a very common rule that when you use a no deposit bonus and you win, you need to make a minimum deposit using any payment method. It's because you need to have at least one payment method registered in the casino's system so they can send you the winnings using the method.
Depositing the same amount shouldn't be necessary . Especially if they try to force you to wager the deposited amount due to anti money-laundering rules.

Hi, so just to make sure, that means you still haven't managed to get the money out yes ?
What reason did the casino give you for not being able to withdraw for a month ? Has your account verification been successfully completed or not yet ?
Anyway, I would recommend to file a complaint here on this link because we give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawal or KYC process and a month is quite a lot in my opinion.
