I made an Interac deposit on their website 2 days ago and the money was auto deposited correctly but it was never added to my balance.

The worst part is that their customer service has been off for days, you can submit a message but that's it.

They were excellent up to this point to be honest and i dont know what do.

Hi, and you never had a problem with the deposit until now, yes? I was wondering if they have a maintenance, but the casino should probably notify the players about that. 

So you still haven't received any money in your player account? I would try to wait for a while and if the casino doesn't contact you, then take it up with the payment provider.
