I left a complaint yesterday about how Velvet Spin was fixing there tournament winners to their liking. As well as the other Casinos on the Inclave website that had the exact same winners in the exact same positions with the exact same scores in multiple different casino tournaments! Insane right! I even bought in on a few of them before I realized it isn’t possible to win because they pick the winners themselves along with there INSANE high scores. So, I reached out via chat and asked about this followed by the screenshots to prove my case.. Well I could tell he didn’t know what to say.. prob had some thing to do with it… finally after 10 mins he writes back with an email address saying contact the mgr here. But it was there normal support email address which I told him yet he still was firm that NO this was the managers personal email. I emailed this address and still haven’t heard anything back. Imagine that

The one thing I'm actually missing is proof. If I was about to bring such a conspiracy to light I would start with supportive evidence. Luckily I see the complaint is on, good move - for all who want to see more, visit the complaint thread right here:

Here is your proof. These are the three attached screenshots I took of the casinos that are three separate casinos. Three separate tournaments yet the leaderboard winners one through 10 are the same person with the same exact score. How does it happen on three separate tournaments three separate casinos? It doesn’t and I need deposits on these so it’s a hoax there’s no chance for you to win anyway because they already fixed it. Here’s the proof again. Also, I have copies of the emails and chat. I sent to them questioning him about it which they have still not responded yet. I’ll attach those as well.

Thanks for sharing. I mean in this case the real proof would be to undoubtedly state that the tournament is not shared among other casinos. Preferably by the casino itself. The way I see it you were just ignored.
Well, it looks like the tournament was shared across sister casinos or the whole group, perhaps? But if those tournaments are explicitly organized separately according to rules, this is bad...
Anyway, did you notice I said I'm glad you submitted the complaint?

Bottom line someone is placing the winners into the top 10 spots with 3 seperae casinos. Giving them the same score and position. They leave you no chance to win so ya a scam. Cut and dry very simple. I wasn’t ignored they just got called out on their scan and didn’t know what to say

I am looking forward to it escalating further myself! This is just real valid inur face highway robbery. I applied the proof if there is anything else I can do to make sure these casinos or participants reap what they sow.

Believe me, I know I’ve tried communicating with him myself and it’s like talking to a wall. You’re better off spending your money somewhere else where you’re actually treated like a human being and not a cockroach or free loader is one of the ‘terms’ they call you.. and yes, I literally was called that by one of the people working there

When it comes to the complaint itself, I only found three reactions from Matěj, and two were reminders to get you back on track. I obviously have no idea what you were discussing outside this complaint thread, though I respect your opinion.

no surprise if not all most of the site are doing the same exact thing. There is no good online casinos all bs greedy owners, if they not cheating in one thing its another. For example the Provability scam saying its all random. Random my ass these people think were fools. I stay away from tournaments u can see it just a scam to get players to play with their own money get them to keep depositing. I mean how can players not notice the scam.

Hi, what happened in your case when the casino doesn't want to pay your winnings ? Did they give a specific reason ?
As for the casino itself, I noticed that they have a pretty low safety index and operate without a license, which would raise a warning finger in my opinion. Have you seen that too ?
I also see that you didn't leave anything to chance and immediately filed a complaint. Did you update Petronella ? If not, it would be nice if you did.
Anyway, I hope our team will be able to help you and everything will be resolved fairly.

I hope you realized by now that all those casinos are under the same ownership. That means that even tho they’re tournaments on different sites, they’re still the same tournament. Notice they’re all on the same game too? I’d be worried if you saw the same 10 on different games across different sites.. I realized that’s how these places run those cuz that’s the only way they’d be able to afford giving away a Tesla or half a million bucks. Look at Casino Brango, Casino Extreme and Palace of Chance. They all have the same giveaway going on for the same vehicles nd cash prizes. I’m sure they gotta have 3 casinos running to fund prizes like that lol nd I’ve cashed out on them with no problems already too so I can see them following thru on those prizes ??

As for tournaments, have you tried any ? Or did you rather say it was a risk based on what you describe ? ??
