My Blitz-bet.com casino account has been verified but they are not processing my withdrawal requests. I made my withdrawal requests on September 29, 2024

I have made three withdrawal requests from Blitz-bet casino on 29 September 2024, a total of 2642 euros. Not a single withdrawal request has been processed yet. From the live chat, I only get the same answers that they will process my withdrawal request soon, but the processing of withdrawal requests has not progressed.
