For a month I have a complaint with a Casino (5plusbet) for delays in the payment of my winnings. Thanks to that complicated month I have visited the Casino Guru page a lot, reading complaints, reading the forum, etc.

I leave a suggestion that I imagine is difficult to do technically but that seems to me that it would add a lot of value to users.

In the complaints section it would be good to be able to do a search by Casino Name, so that one can enter and see all the complaints that that casino has had for N number of years regardless of their status, closed successfully, opened, closed failed and rejected.

So one could see by casino what types of complaints they have had, to see if they are similar to yours and can see what was the result of those complaints that are similar.

Desde hace un mes tengo una queja con un Casino (5plusbet) por demoras en el pago de mis ganancias. Gracias a ese complicado mes he visitado mucho la página de Casino Guru, leyendo quejas, leyendo el foro, etc.

Dejo una sugerencia que imagino es difícil hacer técnicamente pero que me parece que agregaría mucho valor a los usuarios.

En la sección de quejas sería bueno poder hacer una búsqueda por Nombre del Casino, de forma que uno pueda entrar y ver todas las quejas que ha tenido ese casino durante N cantidad de a?os sin importar su estado, cerradas exitosamente, abiertas, cerradas fallidas y rechazadas.

Así uno podría ver por casino que tipos de quejas ha tenido, a ver si son similares a las de uno y puede ver cual fue el resultado de esas quejas que se parecen.

Gracias a Casino Guru por toda su información, en especial a Kristina y Viliam que aún me siguen ayudando a resolver mi problema.

Claro si, esa que me muestras la ví antes de registrarme en el casino y me dió confianza (Más allá de lo que está pasando ahora) porque vi que no tenía puntos negros.

Pero no se pueden ver las quejas abiertas. Por ejemplo: la semana pasada me enteré que alguien tuvo un problema similar al mío y también había cargado una queja y me di cuenta fue porque lo conseguí por el buscador de google investigando al casino.

Eso te puede dar una idea de si justo alguien está teniendo el mismo problema al mismo tiempo y ver como va evolucionando, por ejemplo; en su caso supe que se resolvió satisfactoriamente.
