Jag skriver f?r att formellt rapportera ett uttagsproblem med iWild Casino, vilket jag anser utg?r ett brott mot deras egna angivna villkor.
Jag beg?rde ett uttag p? 165 € den 24 maj 2025 fr?n ett fullst?ndigt verifierat konto. Enligt casinots villkor (avsnitt 7.4) b?r uttagsf?rfr?gningar behandlas inom 2 arbetsdagar. Trots detta fick jag ett officiellt e-postmeddelande fr?n iWild Casino som informerade mig om att min betalning f?rst kommer att g?ras den 2 juni 2025.
H?r ?r ett direkt citat fr?n deras meddelande:
"Beloppet p? 165 euro kommer att betalas ut den 2 juni 2025."
Detta inneb?r en f?rsening p? mer ?n en vecka, utan ordentlig motivering eller f?rklaring. Jag har kontaktat deras supportteam flera g?nger, men de har bara gett standardsvar utan n?gon klarhet i situationen.
Denna f?rsening ?r or?ttvis, vilseledande och ?terspeglar inte standarderna f?r en ansvarsfull licensierad operat?r. Det ger spelarna en falsk k?nsla av f?rtroende, s?rskilt n?r tidsramar ?r tydligt definierade i villkoren.
Jag skickar in detta klagom?l i hopp om att Casino Guru kan hj?lpa mig att l?sa situationen och s?kerst?lla att iWild Casino uppfyller sina ?taganden och behandlar uttag i tid.

Dear Casino Guru Complaints Team,
I am writing to formally report a withdrawal issue with iWild Casino, which I believe constitutes a violation of their own stated Terms and Conditions.
I requested a withdrawal of €165 on May 24, 2025, from a fully verified account. According to the casino’s Terms (Section 7.4), withdrawal requests should be processed within 2 business days. Despite this, I received an official email from iWild Casino informing me that my payment will only be made on June 2, 2025.
Here is a direct quote from their message:
"The amount of 165 EUR will be paid out on 02.06.2025."
This represents a delay of more than a week, without proper justification or explanation. I have contacted their support team several times, but they only provided standard responses with no clarity on the situation.
This delay is unfair, misleading, and does not reflect the standards of a responsible licensed operator. It gives players a false sense of trust, especially when timeframes are clearly defined in the Terms and Conditions.
I am submitting this complaint in the hope that Casino Guru can assist me in resolving this situation and help ensure that iWild Casino honors their commitments and processes withdrawals in a timely manner.
