No I don't feel the compensation was up to par I was a regular depositor, on that day alone I deposited $210 and with other winnings I'm sure I would of put more than that through farmville 2 alone. on a $5 bet I could of won anywhere from 50 - 1000+ on a feature depending on the pay out but I'll never know
I just feel the way the casino delt with my issue wasn't up to scratch with the money i spent. on numerous occasions I was told to wait 24 hours for a response but had to chase them my self for days on end in which I was told that there was no issue with the game I then forwarded more screenshots of the issue was told to wait 24 hours on multiple occasions in which i did but correspondance was poor on their part. I just got sick of waiting and I feel 2 weeks was ample time for an issue to be rectified but it wasnt. before i closed my account i enquired about the issue to see if anything new had been done only to be told they couldnt give me a bonus and that was it
I don't think anything can really be done now unless a higher refund could be given but I'm doubtful I just wanted to put my experience online for others to be warned I enjoyed myself when it Was working but as soon as an issue arises theres no help to be found
