Hello, I have to withdraw 50100PLN from the casino, did not use any bonuses to win.

I contacted the casino via chat 2 times and via support 2 times, even yesterday they promise to treat my case as a priority, nothing will change, the excuse is always that there are too many transfers.

I've made my first withdrawal on 12th of January, second on 13th of January and 3rd on 14th of January, that is over 2 weeks ago.

Money deposited from my account and withdrawn to my account. this is not the first casino and I know the regulations by heart. I have had this problem for the 1st time with such a long withdrawal.

I want to withdraw money to jeton where the casino promises 3 days, nothing like that happens.

Hello Dominika, yes, I managed to withdraw 16,000 PLN from November 13, I received 8 transfers of PLN 2,000 in 2.5 months, which also seems ridiculous. the casino regulations state that the jeton is paid out within 3 business days and today is 12 business days. It says on the account that it is verified and does not need Kyc. I sent you the conversation with the chat from yesterday, They repeating the same thing over and over for 2.5 months, that they have too many transfers and they will deal with my case as a priority, I have heard it about 5 times.
