Hello, I made a deposit at Mr Fortune on 22/12/2023.

When making this deposit, the game would give free spins. I played these rounds and won the sum of R$149, which remained as a bonus in the cashier, but I was able to win a sum and my real cash balance reached R$20037.06, leaving the bonus intact (as per the attached photo).

Upon contacting support, they said I would only be able to withdraw R$500.

I even reached R$60,000 in the cashier at one point, but I'm not going to request the R$60,000 as this figure was only attained due to me playing around after the customer service representative informed me they were going to confiscate my winnings.

I could not find anywhere other than the website itself to file a complaint and eventually gave up on the money, just continued playing for fun. Today, I discovered this site and this method of filing complaints.

I would like help in recovering this money, as it would make a significant difference to my life.

Ao entrar em contato com o suporte o mesmo disse que eu iria sacar apenas R$500.

Eu cheguei até R$60.000 no caixa mas n?o vou pedir os R$60.000 pois esse valor só cheguei por estar brincando após a atendente dizer que ia confiscar meus ganhos.

N?o achei lugar nenhum sem ser o próprio site pra reclamar e desisti do dinheiro, fiquei jogando para brincar, hoje descobri esse site e essa forma de reclama??o.

Tenho um print do valor no caixa quando ganhei.

Yes, I tried to attach a photo when opening the complaint but the website wasn't accepting it.

So, I believe I didn't play with a bonus, because the bonus amount remained unchanged, I just played the free spins that they gave me due to the deposit and the winnings from the spins were separated into bonus money.

Alright, after reviewing the provided details, it looks like it happened a bit differently.

The only deposit I can see is the one of 30 BRL, with which you claimed the bonus in question (100 FS on Sugar Rush Xmas). The deposit went first, and it was basically lost by the first 2 bets, 15 BRL per each. Then, since that moment, there was no real money balance in your account, and you played only with 100 FS and winnings from it solely. Once those 100 FS were spent, you had winnings of 149 BRL, as you claimed. However, since it was accumulated from Free Spins, it should have been wagered 25x. During that time, the bonus winnings were shown as a bonus. However, as you might know, the first bets made with these winnings were over the maximum bet amount, and one of them earned you the first 20,000 BRL winnings. Unfortunately - illegitimate and invalid winnings since the max bet was exceeded. Although you asked for a withdrawal and cancelled it, those were the same winnings from the bonus.

Now, there are 2 important things:
