Tyv?rr har vi kommit till en punkt d?r vi inte kan g? vidare med detta klagom?l. Vi har skickat m?nga e-postmeddelanden och f?rs?kt kommunicera med supportrepresentanter s?v?l som med affiliate-teammedlemmar. Tyv?rr misslyckades alla anstr?ngningar f?r att l?sa alla typer av problem. Det finns inte mycket som kan g?ras nu utan casinots samarbete.
Tyv?rr ?r vi tvungna att avsluta ditt klagom?l som "ol?st". Detta kommer att p?verka kasinots ?vergripande betyg.
Jag f?rst?r att detta inte ?r en tillfredsst?llande l?sning p? ditt problem, men minskningen i betyg orsakad av ol?sta klagom?l kan f?r?ndra kasinots tillv?gag?ngss?tt.
Om casinot best?mmer sig f?r att reagera kommer vi att ?teruppta klagom?let och du kommer att meddelas via e-post. Under tiden kan du kontakta Curacao Gaming Authority h?r ( [email protected] eller [email protected] ) och skicka in ett klagom?l till dem. Det ?r inte den b?sta licensmyndigheten men den kan ha fler alternativ och verktyg f?r att hj?lpa spelare. L?t mig veta om och hur de svarade p? [email protected]

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with support representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue were unsuccessful. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.
I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. In the meantime, you can contact Curacao Gaming authority here ([email protected] or [email protected]) and submit a complaint to them. It's not the best licensing authority but it may have more options and tools to help players. Let me know if and how they replied at [email protected]
