Jag vill uppdatera er att jag precis fick f?ljande svar fr?n PlatinCasino (via e-post), efter att jag kontaktade deras chattsupport ig?r och bad dem om en uppdatering.
Jag har tagit bort min personliga information (s?som mitt namn och e-postadress).
Jag f?rs?kte precis logga in p? kasinot, och det verkar som att de idag ?ntligen blockerade mitt konto, 5 dagar efter min beg?ran om en andra permanent blockering p? grund av spelberoende.
Jag hoppas att de kommer att svara i den h?r tr?den med en uppdatering om min beg?ran om ?terbetalning ocks?.

I want to update you that I just got the following response from PlatinCasino (via e-mail), after I reached out to their chat support yesterday asking them for an update.
I have removed my personal information (such as my name and e-mail address).
I just tried logging in at the casino, and it seems that today they finally blocked my account, 5 days after my request for a second permanent block due to gambling addiction.
I hope they will reply in this thread with an update about my refund request as well.
