I den dokumentation du delade med oss informerade casinot dig dock om att processen inte b?r ta l?ngre tid ?n 30 dagar. F?r n?rvarande b?r denna period vara ?ver eller ?verskriden.
Under tiden var jag i kontakt med kasinot utanf?r tr?den, men de har inte/kunde inte ge mig n?gra detaljer p? grund av deras strikta interna policy, och de rekommenderar starkt att du kontaktar dem, eftersom de endast f?r tillhandah?lla ?garen till kasinokontot med detaljerna.
Eftersom jag vet att de svarar ganska snabbt - innan jag avslutar ?rendet, kan du g?ra f?ljande:
- Skriv ett mail till [email protected] ber om en uppdatering om problemet och l?gg till min e-post ( [email protected] ) till CC:et f?r e-postmeddelandet
- Det ?r m?jligt att de kommer att svara dig men ta bort mig fr?n mottagarna, s? det skulle vara bra om du sedan kunde vidarebefordra deras fullst?ndiga svar eller en sk?rmdump till min e-post

As a standard, I should close the case as unresolved now.
However, in the documentation you shared with us, the casino informed you that the process should not take longer than 30 days. Currently, this period should be over or exceeded.
In the meantime, I was in contact with the casino outside of the thread, but they did not/could not provide me with any details due to their strict internal policy, and they strongly recommended you contact them, because they are allowed to provide only the owner of the casino account with the details.
Since I know they reply quite fast - before I close the case, could you please do the following:
- Write an email to [email protected] asking for an update on the issue, and add my email ([email protected]) to the CC of the email
- It is possible that they will respond to you but delete me from the recipients, so it would be great if you could then forward their complete response or a screenshot to my email
I will patiently wait for your email(s) and details.
