Jag kontaktade dem den 10 januari och sa att jag inte hade f?tt n?gon betalning. Jag fick ett svar som sa att det kunde ta 10 arbetsdagar och att betalningen v?ntade p? min banksida.
Jag kontaktade dem igen den 22 januari f?r att s?ga att jag fortfarande inte hade f?tt n?gon betalning. Jag fick ett svar f?r att skicka ett kontoutdrag fr?n mitt konto fr?n den 5 januari.
Jag f?rs?kte svara flera g?nger via e-post och alla mina e-postmeddelanden hamnar i k? och skickas inte som om de nu blockerar mig.
Jag har f?rs?kt kontakta dem via livechatt n?gra g?nger idag. Och ingen kommer att prata med mig.
Jag har skickat n?gra meddelanden till deras supportsida utan svar.
Jag laddade upp en sk?rmdump fr?n min bank f?r att visa att ingen betalning mottagits fr?n datumet.
Kan inte l?sa det om de inte ens vill prata med mig

I contacted them 10th January saying I hadn't received payment. I got a reply saying it could take 10 business days and that payment was pending on my bank side.
I contacted them again January 22nd to say I still hadn't received payment. I got a reply to send a statement from my account from the January 5th date.
I tried to reply multiple times via email and all my emails are going into queue and not sending like they are now blocking me.
I've attempted to contact them through live chat a few times today. And nobody will talk to me.
I've sent a few messages to their support page with no reply.
I uploaded a screenshot from my bank to show no payment received from date.
Cannot resolve it if they don't even want to talk to me
