Very concerning payout delay!

I initially tested the casino with a small payout of 40 Euro and it worked perfectly; within just a few hours the money was in my account.

However, with the second payout of 438 Euro, I'm only being stalled. There's no response to emails and worst of all, they just kicked me out of the chat and suddenly no chat is available (despite 24/7 advertising).

I believe this is intentionally done to encourage replays of the money. The casino has already been informed that I want to close my account immediately after the payout, as there are far more reliable casinos out there.

ich habe das Casino vorerst mit einer kleinen Auszahlung getestet von 40 Euro und es hat super funktioniert innerhalb weniger Stunden war das Geld auf meinem Konto.

jedoch bei der zweiten Auszahlung von 438 Euro werde ich nur hingehalten, keine Reaktion auf Mails und das schlimmste gerade hat man mich einfach aus dem Chat geschmissen und kein Chat ist mehr verfügbar pl?tzlich (obwohl 24/7 Werbung)

ich denke dies ist mit Absicht so gemacht damit man das Geld wieder verspielt. Das Casino wurde auch schon informiert, dass ich meinen Account sofort nach der Auszahlung schlie?en m?chte, es gibt wesentlich zuverl?ssigere Casinos

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? When did you receive the last successful withdrawal?
