Sedan den 8 augusti har jag f?rs?kt f? pengar uttagna fr?n X7 Casino.
Dessf?rinnan var de v?ldigt snabba med att betala mina uttag, vanligtvis inom en vecka. S? jag fortsatte att spela och byggde upp uttag till ett belopp av $4892. Jag ins?g d? att de inte fick betalt som vanligt s? jag har kontaktat dem nu cirka 10 g?nger ang?ende detta.
Hittills har jag f?tt h?ra upprepade g?nger "de bearbetas, det relevanta teamet unders?ker dem, vi har skickat en uppf?ljning och v?ntar p? svar". Om och om igen.... Det ?r mycket tydligt att de f?rsenas.
Jag har ?ppnat ett klagom?l till Kahnawake Gaming Commission som de ?r licensierade hos och v?ntar p? att utredningen ska ske.
Jag vill bara ta ut mina vinster... Jag har kontrollerat deras villkor m?nga g?nger f?r att s?kerst?lla att jag inte har brutit mot n?gra. Mitt spel har varit konsekvent sedan tidigare n?r mina uttag betalades fram tills nu d?r de inte g?rs. Ingenting har f?r?ndrats f?rutom att de inte betalar mig!
Jag har sparat transkriptioner av livechatt som s?ger samma sak, jag har e-postmeddelanden med ett liknande meddelande och mitt sparade klagom?l till spelkommissionen. Since the 8th August I have been trying to get funds withdrawn from X7 Casino.
Prior to this they were very quick to pay my withdrawals, usually within the week. So I continued to play and built up withdrawals to the amount of $4892. I then realised they weren't being paid as usual so I have contacted them now about 10 times regarding this.
So far I get told repeatedly "they're being processed, the relevant team is looking into them, we have sent a follow up and waiting for a response". Over and over again.... Its very clear they are being delayed.
I have opened a complaint with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission with whom they are licensed and waiting for that investigation to happen.
I just want to withdraw my winnings.... I have checked their terms many times to ensure I haven't breached any. My gamplay has been consistent since before when my withdrawals were paid up until now where they aren't being. Nothing has changed except them not paying me!
I have saved transcripts of live chat telling me the same thing, I have emails with a similar message and my saved complaint to the gaming commission. I have their terms and conditions saved and all banned games that were on site at the date of my withdrawals also. Any help would be appreciated here
