This amount of withdrawal is negligent. 40 USDT is not a significant amount to me. However it is locked to a free bonus and capped at that amount.
The problem is with the verification. I claimed the bonus, completed the wager, made a verification deposit, and attempted to withdraw the capped winnings. Then was asked for KYC, which is fully understandable. I replied to the email immediately and provided KYC documents.
That was two weeks ago. I have been in contact with live chat support numerous times, and have received the same response "we have forwarded your concerns to the relevant department, please wait". I have also sent numerous emails to the KYC team's dedicated email, which has not once replied to me.
It should not take two weeks to complete a KYC verification.
