I have requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago and still have not received payment. I have sent numerous amounts of emails to support and every time the response is the team are reviewing and your withdrawal is safe done worry and will be in your account shortly. This is not the case and payment has not been received. The longer average time stated for withdrawal is 4 days but it’s now been 2 weeks

I have not had a successful withdrawal yet from this casino

kyc states it is not needed and nor has it been requested

there was no bonus active when I was playing


strange I have played with numerous casinos and it’s the first time it’s taken so long. The most I have ever waited was 5 days that’s why I am wondering if this casino is legit as it’s never happened before.

it’s now been 18 days since my withdrawal request and still nothing. The response from Casino is don’t worry your withdrawal is safe. Crazy it should be your withdrawal is approved as I do t know why it’s not been done already. Maybe they are awaiting me to cancel the withdrawal which is not going to happen.
