I've been trying to make withdrawals for the past week, and all of them have been rejected. My account verification has been completed and accepted, and my documents have also been confirmed. I tried both bank transfer methods (as advised by chat support), but the requests are always canceled. Every time I seek help and explanations in the chat, I get different excuses, but the response is always the same: they say they are analyzing the issue, the problem is resolved, and I should try again. I try, and the withdrawal is canceled again.

The account I use for deposits is the same one I'm requesting withdrawals to.

There is never an issue when I deposit, but there are substantial problems when I attempt to withdraw.

I've complained via chat and email, but nothing is ever done.

Estou à 1 semana a tentar fazer levantamentos e s?o todos rejeitados. A verifica??o já foi feita e aceite, os documentos também já foram confirmados. Ja tentei os 2 metodos de transferência bancária (aconselhado pelo chat) e cancelam sempre. De cada vez que pe?o ajuda e explica??es no chat d?o desculpas diferentes, mas com uma resposta igual em todas as vezes, é que est?o a analisar, que o problema está resolvido e para eu tentar novamente... Eu tento e voltam a cancelar..

A conta que fa?o os depósitos é a mesma para a qual estou a pedir os levantamentos..

Para depositar nunca há problema, mas para levantar est?o a falhar imenso.

Já reclamei pelo chat, por e-mail mas nunca fazem nada

The only answer they give me is that there was a problem and I have to try again

There is no pending order, and my winnings were not from bonuses either

As I said, I have already made several deposits and there were no problems.

Now to withdraw the money they are creating this whole problem
