What is the reason you can't contact them? Did your live chat icon disappear or what is the problem? Have you tried sending an email to find out what might be behind it?

Al final he cancelado uno cancele el del 08/11 pero el dinero no lo jugué está en mi cuenta prefiero no sobrecargar tanto los retiros me quedan pendiente de momento del 06/11 por un importe de 500€ y del 07/11 por otro importe de 500€ Si este mismo viernes no me llegan los retiros puedo presenta la queja ? My Casinia account is verified, everything is in order. Their response is that my request is in the queue because they have many withdrawal requests. I have had three withdrawal requests of €500 each in the queue for a month now and I also have €700 in the Casinia account to withdraw as well but I can't do anything until I receive my first payment.
