Hello, even if I wanted to, I unfortunately don't have these documents (since my husband pays all the bills and my name and address are nowhere on there... so I can't verify myself with the documents that are required. It all feels like it anyway pure harassment, I'm sure if the casino wanted to, my account would already be closed. I wrote to the casino that I don't have such documents and would they be so kind as to close it without (no answer). I think we will I can't get any further here and I have to leave the account open there ??you can close the case. I'm not feeling well and the whole thing is stressing me out too much. Hallo , selbst wenn ich wollte , ich besitze diese Dokumente leider nicht ( da mein Mann jegliche Rechnungen bezahlt und nirgends mein Name und Adresse dort drauf steht … also kann ich mich garnicht verifizieren mit den Dokumente, die sich fordern . Es fühlt sich eh alles nach reiner Schikane an , ich bin mir sicher wenn das Casino wollte , w?re mein Konto schon geschlossen. Ich habe dem Casino geschrieben das ich solche Dokumente nicht besitze und ob sie so freundlich w?ren , es ohne zu schlie?en ( keine Antwort) . Ich denke wir werden hier nicht weiter kommen und ich muss das Konto dort offen lassen ??sie k?nnen den Fall schlie?en . Mir geht es gesundheitlich nicht gut und das ganze stresst mich viel zu dolle . Ps .. vielen Dank für eure Hilfe aber wir werden uns an dieser Stelle im Kreis drehen , Ihr habt das Casino als nicht vertrauenswürdig eingestuft und ich seh es auch so … ich m?chte mich da echt nicht verifizieren, selbst wenn ich es k?nnte .
