SBC Summit 2025 is preparing to be one of the grandest iterations of the event, with the hosts from SBC Events expecting some 30,000 industry professionals to join the largest gathering in this format to date.
SBC Events has outlined the agenda for this upcoming edition due to take place in September, arguing that the company will focus on helping balance buyers and sellers, and looking to deliver a robust results-driven event altogether.
Due to take place on September 16-18 at the Feira Internacionalde Lisboa and MEO Arena, the gathering will sprawl on more than 135,000 square meters and draw visitors from 134 countries or more.
Commenting on this exciting piece of news, SBC CEO & Founder Rasmus Sojmark had this to add:
Last year was our first experience at FIL, and we learned a great deal. We made sure to gather and act on attendee feedback, fine-tuning everything from venue conditions to transport logistics while working closely with Lisbon officials to enhance the overall experience. As we grow, every operational detail becomes even more crucial.
The event will indeed be quite significant, with at least 8,000 operator representatives in operation, along with the introduction of the Operator Academy, which will feature exclusive training sessions by top industry experts who will impart their knowledge to an audience of motivated and driven industry specialists.
The event is also due to have the strongest speaker line-up in its history, and Sojmark was excited about what is coming next. The Super Stage at MEO Arena will feature Gary Vaynerchuk, CEO of VaynerMedia, as one of the keynotes, but he is hardly the only noteworthy personality in attendance.
SBC Event Director Paul Mills has similarly welcomed the opportunity to see the SBC Summit grow another year.
"SBCSummit Rio in his native Brazil, but scheduling conflicts meant we had to shift plans to Lisbon. We’re thrilled he’ll still get to meet theSBCcrowd that was so eager to see him. Also, one of the biggest DJs on the planet—currently in the top 10 worldwide—will be part of this. We'll be announcing his name soon," he wrapped up.
"It’s impossible to highlight everything that goes into this event, so I’ll just say this: this year, we’re building an event that’s not just bigger, but smarter. Yes, once again, we’re growing the event—and that’s great, a testament to the success it witnessed last year," Sojmark wrapped up.
