This year, the company was able to bring three distinctions, making it one of the most successful awards ceremonies Vixio has attended. The firm won a Bronze Stevie Award for Sales Distinction of the Year, recognizing its sales achievements and strategic excellence, among other qualities.

Commenting on the company’s achievements, one of the Stevie Awards judges was cited saying:

Apart from this distinction, the company also secured the Gold Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year, thanks to Kailey Cheng, a member of Vixio’s customer service team.

Another judge outlined what made the verdict easy for the panel, arguing that Cheng showed an outstanding commitment to Vixio’s clients' success and demonstrated resilience and proactive growth when it came to her personal qualities as a professional employed at Vixio.

Not least, another company employee, Renata Daroczi, was awarded the Bronze Stevie Award for Young Customer Service Professional of the Year.
