Imam dva naloga na 0kbet, ?to je problem, potpuno sam svestan da sam prvo morao da obratim pa?nju njihovoj podr?ci. Iako je moj prvi nalog imao 2FA na njemu, izgubio sam pristup zbog ukradenog telefona.
Nakon ?to je sve ponovo bilo u redu, trebalo je mnogo toga da se uradi. Jedna od tih stvari je bila pravljenje nove mejl adrese, tako da sam ukratko izgubio i pristup mejlu sa kojeg sam se registrovao.
Ovaj mejl mi uop?te nije bio va?an, jer se uglavnom koristio za kazino i druge onlajn stvari i veoma star, tako svakodnevni ne?eljeni sadr?aj.
0kbet me tra?i da po?aljem e-po?tu sa naloga koji ?elim da zatvorim, po?to to nije mogu?e, oni mi ka?u da ne postoji drugi na?in.
Ne sla?em se, mogu da se prijavim na svoj stari nalog ako bi izbrisali 2FA, i na taj na?in bih mogao da promenim svoju e-po?tu.
Sada mi ?alju kopiju testenina na mejlove, nema profesionalne povratne informacije, i ose?am se kao da ostanem sama samo tako.
Kad god korisnik izbri?e svoju e-po?tu i nije u mogu?nosti da komunicira na taj na?in, ne bi trebalo da ima problema da je a?urira preko podr?ke.
Ali po?to se radi o povla?enju, nema korisni?ke podr?ke. Ali napraviti 5 depozita na moj drugi ra?un u 6 meseci sa istim li?nim podacima (telefon/adresa) itd., nema problema.
Voleo bih da 0kbet ovaj problem shvati ozbiljno i na profesionalan na?in, ?ak sam im savetovao da uzmu moje KIC dokumente kako bi to br?e re?ili, ni na to nema odgovora, samo kopija e-po?te za testeninu.

I have two accounts on 0xbet which is a problem, I am fully aware that I had to give this to the attention of their support first. Although my first account had a 2FA on it I lost acces due to stolen phone.
After everything was fine again, there was allot of stuff to be done. One of these things was making a new email adress, so in short I also lost acces to the email from which I registered.
This email was not important to me at all, since it was mainly used for casino's and other online stuff and very old, so daily spam.
0xbet asks me to send an email from the account I wish to close, since this is not possible they tell me there is no other way.
I disagree, I am able to login on my old account if they would delete 2FA, and I could change my email that way.
Now they send me copy pasta emails, there is no proffesional feedback, and I feel like being left alone just like that.
Whenever a user deletes their email and is not able to communicate that way, they should have no problem at all updating it through support.
But since it's regarding a withdrawl, there is zero customer support. But making 5 deposits on my second account in 6 months with the same personal details (phone/adress) etc there is no problem at all.
I wish that 0xbet would take this issue seriously and in a professional way, I even advised them to take my KYC documents to resolve this quicker, no response to that either, just a copy pasta email.
