Igrao sam i pobedio u ovom kazinu.
Nisam imao problema, re?eno mi je da verifikujem i mogao sam da otpremim dokumente o identifikaciji i adresi.
Onda sam dobio imejl od [email protected] recite mi da u?itam video verifikaciju sa ID-om i papir sa informacijama i da ka?em informacije napisane naglas.
U redu, dosadno je, ali ja to ipak radim, pa sam napravio video i poku?ao da po?aljem na njihovu e-po?tu, ali sam dobio poruku o gre?ci koja ka?e da ili e-po?ta ne postoji ili da ne mogu da primaju e-po?tu.
Kontaktiram podr?ku i ka?em im ovo i oni ka?u da ni?ta nije u redu sa njihove strane i moram da obri?em ke?, uradim to i i dalje isti problem.
Pitam za?to ne mogu da postavim na svoj profil kao ?to bih mogao sa ID-om i adresom i nisam dobio nikakav odgovor o tome.
Pitam da li mogu da postavim u ?askanje i ka?u da ne mogu.
Tra?im od njih jo? jednu e-po?tu na koju mogu da po?alju video i u po?etku ne ?ele da mi daju drugu adresu e-po?te, ali nakon nekog vremena daju mi adresu [email protected] i ?aljem e-po?tu i nema poruke o gre?ci, pa im ka?em ovo i oni tvrde da nisu primili e-po?tu od mene.
Tra?im od njih da mi po?alju e-mail [email protected] a oni to ne ?ele da urade, veoma ?udno jer bi to dokazalo neke stvari.
Nakon dosta prolaska, ka?u da ?e mi kic depaprtment poslati jo? jednu e-po?tu i oni su odlu?ili da mi po?alju sa [email protected] e-mail i poku?ao sam da odgovorim na tu e-po?tu, ali ponovo poruku o gre?ci.
Tra?im od njih da mi po?alju e-mail [email protected] i u su?tini brzo odgovaraju da su dali kako da verifikuju i zatvaraju razgovor na meni.
Prili?no je o?igledno da ne ?ele da se ovo re?i jer bi u suprotnom mogli samo da snime video u prozoru za ?askanje ili da mi dopuste da ga otpremim na svoj 20bet nalog ili mi samo po?alju e-po?tu sa druge e-po?te koju su dali [email protected] .
Posla?u vam transkripte ?askanja i lako ?ete videti da ?inim sve ?to je u mojoj mo?i da im po?aljem ovaj video, ali oni ?ine sve ?to mogu da ga ne prime.

Didnt have any problems got told to verify and could upload ID and address documents.
Then i got an email from [email protected] tell me to upload a video verification with id and a paper with information on and to tell the info written out loud.
Okey its annoying but i do it anyway, so i make the video and try to send to their email but i got an error message saying either the email dont exist or they cant receive emails.
I contact support and tell them this and they say nothing is wrong from their side and i have to clear cache, i do it and still same problem.
I ask why i cant upload in my profile like i could with id and address and didnt get any answer about that.
I ask if i can upload in the chat and they say i cant.
I ask them for another email to send the video to and at first they dont want to give me another email address but after some back and forth they give me the address [email protected] and i send email and no error message so i tell them this and they claim they havnt received an email from me.
I ask them to send me an email from [email protected] and they dont want to do it, very wierd because that would prove some stuff.
After alot of back and forth they say the kyc depaprtment will send another email to me and they choose to send to me from the [email protected] email and i tried to answer that email but error message again.
I ask them to send me an email from [email protected] and they basicly answer fast that they have provided how to verify and they close the chat on me.
Its pretty obvious they dont want to get this resolved because else they could just take the video in the chat window or let me upload it in my 20bets account or just send me an email from the other email they provided [email protected].
I will send you the chat transcripts and you will easily see that im doing all in my power to send them this video but they do everything they can to not receive it.
