I checked the submitted communication and it seems that while the deposited sum eventually reaches the 0,02 ETH threshold, the funds will take longer to be credited to your account.
Since you deposited the amounts below the minimum requirement, it might take longer to process the payment, which might be outside of the casino's control.
As the casino representative advised, the funds will be credited at a later date.
