Zdravo, uplatio sam novac na ovaj sajt pre nekog vremena i svaki put kada sam poku?ao da podignem novac, osim prvog puta koji je bio uspe?an i brz, bilo je u?asno dobiti novac jer bi zahtev uvek imao gre?ku posle 36 sati, a onda bih morao ponovo da ga podnesem da bih sa?ekao, ?to bi tako?e neuspe?no. Tako?e, po?to ste mogli da podignete samo od 100 do 400 evra samo Masterkard karticom, ?to i dalje nije uspevalo, prestao sam da igram na sajtu pre nekoliko meseci dok nisam ponovo po?eo da igram pro?le nedelje kada sam video SMS poruku od njih i imao tehni?ku gre?ku gde je mojih 51 evra nestalo sa ra?una iako ih nisam igrao. Tim je rekao da rade na tome da ih vrate, ali dok sam ?ekao, i dalje nisam mogao da se zaustavim da ula?em jo? novca tog dana i nakon toga sam zatra?io da se samoisklju?im i trajno zatvorim, ?to su i uradili u roku od pola sata.
Ali pre dva dana sam dobio imejl koji sam tek danas pro?itao u kojem je pisalo da se sredstva koja su nestala zbog tehni?ke gre?ke mogu vratiti na ra?un ako ga ponovo otvorim. Pitao sam imejlom da li postoji drugi na?in da dobijem sredstva, ali su mi ponovo otvorili ra?un i ponovo nisam mogao da se uzdr?im od uplate, ?to je ukupno iznosilo 450 evra. Sada sam ponovo tra?io da budem samoisklju?en, ?to su odmah i uradili, a u ?askanju sam pitao za?to je tako lako ponovo otvoriti ra?un i da li je mogu?e dobiti povra?aj novca, rekli su mi da ?e mi poslati imejl o tome, pa mo?da ako budem imao sre?e sa ovim. Znam da je malo verovatno, ali vredi poku?ati, ali kako sam video, pi?e da bi zatvaranje naloga trebalo da bude najmanje 30 dana prema njihovim uslovima i odredbama, a ja sam ga ponovo otvorio oko nedelju dana kasnije, iako sam tra?io da budem trajno samoisklju?en. ?ak i ako to nije bilo mogu?e, i dalje nije bilo tih 30 dana. Bilo je veoma lako ponovo otvoriti nalog, ali po?to sam ?eleo da vratim svoja nedostaju?a sredstva koja nikada nisam ni potro?io, jer su nestala pre nego ?to sam ih odigrao. Ali sada sam izgubio jo? vi?e jer su mi dozvolili da ga ponovo otvorim umesto da mi samo vrate 50 evra, jer je to bila gre?ka na njihovoj veb stranici, a nikada nisam igrao, kao da su vratili taj novac, a da mi nisu dozvolili da ga ponovo otvorim, ne bih ulo?io vi?e novca u njega niti bih razmi?ljao o tome dok nisam video njihov imejl u kojem mi se ka?e da mogu ponovo da ga otvorim.
Hi so I had deposited on this site a while back and everytime I tried to withdraw apart from the first time which was successful and quick it had been terrible to get money since as the request would always have an error after 36 hours and then would have to resubmit to wait again which would also fail and also as you could only withdraw from €100 to €400 euros by Mastercard only which still failed everytime anyway I stopped playing on the site months ago until I started playing on it again last week as I saw a text message from them and had a technical error where my funds of €51 euros disappeared from the account even though I didn’t play them. The team said they were working on getting them back but as I was waiting I still couldn’t stop myself putting more money in that day and after that I asked to self exclude and close permanently which they did so within half an hour.
But I received an email 2 days ago which I only read today saying that the missing funds that disappeared because of technical error could be restored to the account if I reopened. I asked by email if there was another way to get the funds but they reopened my account and again I couldn’t help but make more deposits which totalled €450. I then again have now asked to be self excluded which they have done again straight away and I have asked in the chat about why it was so easy to reopen the account and if it’s possible to be refunded in the chat they said they will email me about this so maybe if I have some luck over this. I know it’s a long shot but worth a try but as I’ve seen it said that the account closures should be 30 days at least in their t&cs and I reopened it around a week later even though I’d asked to be self excluded permanently and even if that wasn’t possible it still wasn’t the 30 days it was very easy to reopen the account but as I wanted my missing funds back that I never even spent as they disappeared before I played them but now I have lost even more as they let me reopen it rather than just refund the €50 to me since it was an error on their website and I never played them as if they had returned that money without letting me reopen I wouldn’t have put more money in it or thought about it until I saw there email telling me I could reopen it.
