Prijavio sam se 24. uve?e (10-11 popodne GMT, rano ujutro za mene) na Bc.game pod kodom uticajnog (MetalMonkei-BCMonkei). Deponovao sam $500+ i izgubio ih, deponovao $2500+ u roku od nekoliko minuta i zaradio <$100 nakon ?to sam igrao na Evolution's Roulette-u daju?i opkladu od $10k+. Zabavljao sam se i hteo sam da se povu?em. Re?eno mi je da KIC nije obavezan (dodavanje dokaza), ali ne mogu da se povu?em bez toga.
Tako?e, nisam mogao da koristim bonus na prvi depozit, aktivirao sam ga nakon ?to ga je agent za podr?ku spomenuo (rekao mi je da odem na profil i proverim njegov status), ali nije funkcionisao, dodao je neki bonus iznos, ali je zahtev za opkladu bio ne radi (nije se smanjio dok sam se kladio na svoj saldo) i sve opklade koje sam pravio su i?le iz mog stvarnog depozita, igrao sam samo na podr?anim igrama pomenutim u uslovima. Kontaktirao sam podr?ku u vezi sa tim i ignorisali su me 2 sata, zatim sam dao video za podr?ku kao dokaz i tra?ili su od mene da sa?ekam jo? 2 sata, odustao sam u tom trenutku po?to je ukupno vreme ?ekanja bilo preko 6 sati do tada , trebalo je vi?e vremena jer je svaki njihov odgovor dolazio nakon 30-45 minuta i oni bi zatvorili oznaku odmah nakon odgovora, zbog ?ega bih ?ekao jo? 30-45 minuta ako ?elim da im odgovorim. Ne mogu da ?ekam sate posle radnog vremena na ovakve stvari i po?to nije funkcionisalo, otkazao sam bonus da bih mogao samo da podignem svoj dobitak (7-8 sati nakon razgovora o bonusu).
Zatim su stalno ponavljali da moram da opkladim svoj depozit pre nego ?to mogu da podignem, ?to sam ve? u?inio (depozit od 3 hiljade dolara, ulog od 10 hiljada dolara). Podr?ka me je tada naterala da proverim bez da mi pru?im dokaz kog KIC provajdera koriste (radi bezbednosti i poverenja). Shvatio sam da je to Sumsub, pa sam nastavio sa tim, ali verifikacija nije uspela jer razlozi nisu navedeni, mogao bi biti selfi itd. Zatim su me zamolili da im po?aljem dokumente e-po?tom (dokaz adrese i selfi sa napomenom) na njihovu e-po?tu za podr?ku, ?to sam i uradio za ~15 minuta, ali nisu dali nikakav odgovor i samo me tra?e da sa?ekam. Rekli su da ne?e trebati dugo da glavni tim proveri i od tada ?e me ceo dan ignorisati u tiketima i odgovarati samo kada im pribegnem spam. Tako?e su odbili moj zahtev da razgovaram sa njihovim pretpostavljenim/nadre?enim.
Kontaktirao sam ih slede?eg jutra i rekli su im dajte im 24 sata. Uradio sam. Onda sam kontaktirao slede?e no?i i njihovo osoblje za podr?ku je reklo da mo?e potrajati 24-48 sati, tako da treba da sa?ekam do slede?e ve?eri (26. uve?e) jer ?e u suprotnom do?i do tima umesto mene. Tiho je zatvorio moju kartu na neslogu, tako da ne mogu da je pratim, ali sam snimio ceo razgovor. Pro?lo je 72 sata i stalno mi govore da ?ekam jo? 72 sata. Nikada nisu tra?ili od mene da proverim pre nego ?to sam deponovao i lagali su me da uop?te ne moram da KIC verifikujem u vi?e navrata, odbacili su me i dr?ali su moja povla?enja zaklju?ana dok jo? mogu da igram u igricama. Pretpostavljam da se nadaju da ?u izgubiti svoja sredstva dok su moja povla?enja zaklju?ana.
Osvojio sam skoro sve svoje dobitke na Evolution igrama kao ?to su Lightning Roulette i Crazi time. Tako?e nisam konvertovao nikakve bonuse/nagrade koje sam dobio za podizanje nivoa (oni su jo? uvek netaknuti na mom nalogu). Sramotno je to ?to rade i prolaze kroz razdor, na?ao sam desetine igra?a koji govore isto. Ovaj kazino uop?te ne zaslu?uje ovu ocenu. Oni dozvoljavaju igra?ima da pola?u vi?e i igraju, ali ne mogu dozvoliti igra?ima da se povuku.

I signed up on 24th's night(10-11 PM GMT, early morning for me) on Bc.game under an influencer's code(MetalMonkey-BCMonkey). I deposited $500+ and lost it, deposited $2500+ within few minutes and profited <$100 after playing on Evolution's Roulette doing $10k+ wager. I had some fun and wanted to withdraw. I was told KYC isn't mandatory(Adding proof) but I couldn't withdraw without it.
Also, I could not use the First Deposit bonus, I had activated it after a Support agent mentioned it(told me to go to profile and check it's status) but it didn't work, it added some bonus amount but the wager requirement was not working( didn't decrease as I bet my balance) and any bets I was making were going from my actual deposit, I did play only on the supported games mentioned in the terms. I contacted support about it and they ignored me for 2 hours, I then provided a video to support as proof and they asked me to wait 2 hours more, I had given up at that point as the total waiting time was over 6 hours by then, it took more time because every single of their reply came after 30-45 mins and they'd close the ticker right after replying, making me wait another 30-45 mins if I want to reply back to them. I can't wait hours after hours for things like this and since it was not working, I cancelled the bonus so I could just withdraw my winnings(7-8 hours after talking about the bonus).
They then kept repeating I have to wager my deposit before I can withdraw which I had done it already($3k deposit, $10k+ wager). Support then forced me to verify without providing me with proof which KYC provider they are using(for safety and trust). I figured out it was Sumsub so went ahead with it but verification failed with reasons not being specified, could be selfie etc. They then asked me to email them the documents(Address proof and selfie with a note) to their support email which I did in ~15 minutes but they haven't given any response and just asks me to wait. They said it won't take long for the core team to check and since then, for the whole day, they'd ignore me in tickets and only reply when I resort to spam them. They also denied my request to talk to their superior/supervisor.
I contacted them the next morning and they said give them 24 hours. I did. Then I contacted the next night and their support staff said it can take 24-48 hours so I should wait till the next evening(26th's evening) as otherwise he'll reach the team for me. He closed my ticket on discord silently so I can't track it, but I had recorded the whole conversation. It's been 72 hours now and they keep telling me to wait 72 hours more. They never asked me to verify before I deposited and lied to me I don't have to KYC verify at all on multiple occasions, brushed me off and have been keeping my withdrawals locked while I can still play on the games. I guess they are hoping me to lose my funds while my withdrawals are locked.
I won almost all my winnings on Evolution games like Lightning Roulette and Crazy time. I also did not convert any bonuses/rewards that I received for leveling up(they're still untouched in my account). It's shameful what they are doing and going through their discord, I found dozens of players saying the same thing. This casino does not deserve this rating at all. They allow players to deposit more and play but cannot let players withdraw.
