I recently won a large amount of money at BDM Bet Casino and would like to cash it out.

The first withdrawal of €1,000 was credited to me via bank transfer without any problems. I then attempted to withdraw another €1,000, but this was rejected, stating that withdrawals via bank transfer were currently not possible.

I then attempted a withdrawal via Binance, which was also rejected – apparently because my deposit was made entirely in fiat currency. I then attempted a withdrawal via bank transfer again. This has so far neither been approved nor rejected. Instead, I received an email stating that further verification was necessary and that the withdrawal would be paused for the time being.

I have a fully verified account, and the first withdrawal went smoothly. However, the current process seems very opaque and leaves me with the impression that I'm just being stalled.

Please help me clarify this and arrange for my balance to be paid out as soon as possible. The casino has very good reviews on its platform – I wonder how these can be achieved if withdrawals are handled this way.

Die erste Auszahlung in H?he von 1.000?€ wurde mir problemlos per Banküberweisung gutgeschrieben. Danach wollte ich weitere 1.000?€ auszahlen lassen, jedoch wurde dies abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, dass die Auszahlung per überweisung derzeit nicht m?glich sei.

Daraufhin versuchte ich die Auszahlung über Binance, was ebenfalls abgelehnt wurde – offenbar, weil meine Einzahlung ausschlie?lich in Fiat-W?hrung erfolgt ist. Anschlie?end w?hlte ich erneut die Auszahlung per überweisung. Diese wurde bislang weder genehmigt noch abgelehnt. Stattdessen erhielt ich eine E-Mail mit dem Hinweis, dass weitere überprüfungen n?tig seien und die Auszahlung vorerst pausiert wird.

Ich habe ein vollst?ndig verifiziertes Konto, und die erste Auszahlung verlief reibungslos. Der aktuelle Ablauf wirkt jedoch sehr intransparent und hinterl?sst den Eindruck, dass man mich lediglich hinh?lt.

Bitte helfen Sie mir bei der Kl?rung und veranlassen Sie schnellstm?glich die Auszahlung meines Guthabens. Das Casino hat auf ihrer Plattformen sehr gute Bewertungen – ich frage mich, wie diese zustande kommen, wenn mit Auszahlungen derart umgegangen wird.
