Ovo mesto ima u?asnu korisni?ku uslugu. Redovno bih morao da tra?im da mi se deponovana sredstva uplate na ra?un. Kada sam tra?io poja?njenje o limitima povla?enja, dobio sam dvosmislene odgovore. Nije da sam ikada osvojio ne?to nakon ?to sam pro?ao oko 600 dolara. Pretpostavljam da nemam sre?e, lol.
Obi?no bih samo nastavio dalje, ali ovi klovnovi me sada na neki na?in vrte oko mog poslednjeg depozita. Tvrde?i da je ve? upla?eno, ili da nikada nisam deponovao sredstva, ili da rade na kreditiranju mog ra?una. Pri?a se razlikuje sa kojim agentom za podr?ku razgovarate. I sesije ?askanja isti?u nakon kratkog vremena bez aktivnosti, tako da sam razgovarao sa svima njima, nekima od njih nekoliko puta.
Pro?lo je vi?e od 12 sati i oni nastavljaju da rade istu stvar. Svaki put kada pru?im dokaz o uplati, priznanicu od njihovog tre?eg dobavlja?a pla?anja, do koje mogu da do?em koriste?i veze na kontrolnoj tabli svog naloga. Dajem im ovaj neosporan dokaz o depozitu, i o?igledno nije u mom korisni?kom nov?aniku, a opet stalno dobijam isto. Ovo je komi?no u ovom trenutku, i o?igledno je da sam oplja?kan.

This place has horrible customer service. I would regularly have to ask for deposited funds to be credited to my account. When asking for clarification on withdrawal limits, I received ambiguous answers. Not that I ever won anything after running through about $600. I guess Im very unlucky, lol.
Normally Id just move on, but these clowns are giving me some kind of run around now about my most recent deposit. Claiming its already been credited, or that I never deposited funds, or they are working on crediting my account. The story differs between which support agent you talk to. And the chat sessions expire after a little time with no activity, so Ive talked to all of them, some of them a few times.
Its been over 12 hours and they continue doing the same thing. Each time I provide proof of payment, a receipt from their 3rd party payment provider, that I can get to by using the links on my account dashboard. I give them this indisputable proof of deposit, and its clearly not in my user wallet, yet I keep getting the same run around. Its comical at this point, and its obvious I've been ripped off.
