so langsam wei? ich nicht mehr weiter und war in der Hoffnung das sie mir helfen k?nnten und zwar habe ich mich mit dem 100% Willkommens Bonus bei blu Vegas auf 18 tausend Euro gespielt habe dann bis 14 tausend gespielt und dann die ersten 5 tausend zur Auszahlung gegeben soweit so gut wager geschafft dicke Auszahlung und Freude in der Backe.. 

bin dann mehrmals in den Chat gegangen und habe gefragt wann das Geld denn kommen würde es kam niemals die Mitteilung sie wissen aber schon das sie nur 200€ auszahlen k?nnen immer wieder gesagt es wurde noch nicht bearbeitet dann das Grauen.. 

am n?chsten Tag bisschen gedaddelt und auch gut wieder was gewonnen gehabt die 5000 tausend auf Auszahlung noch unbearbeitet ZACK wie aus dem nichts mein Account gesperrt ich natürlich geschockt sofort in den Chat gegangen und dann war es soweit ich bekam als erstes die Information das der Spieler Schutz meinen Account gesperrt h?tte zur Sicherheit aus allem GAMMIX Gruppen übrigens auch dann hie? es auf einmal Max cashout. 

ich es natürlich nicht geglaubt gesagt schicken sie mir die Zeile konnten sie auch allerdings kam es mir so rüber als h?tten sie es einfach eingetragen und selbst wenn es da schon stand was ist denn mit der return to player Regel da haben sie doch gegen versto?en oder sie h?tten mich doch drauf hinweisen müssen .. 

Was k?nnte ich tun ich brauche Hilfe 200€ haben sie ausgezahlt aber ich bin noch ein Schüler 5000€ würden mir sehr helfen bin natürlich 22 aber ich studiere habe viele Rechnungen k?nnte zumindest 3000€ gut gebrauchen.

So at first it said my account was blocked by the player protection association. Reasons could not be explained when I asked.

Then it said I should have read the bonus conditions because there was a max cashout of €200. So not plausible for me..

I deposited €20 and played with the 100% welcome bonus.

Account balance before the blockade was 13 thousand euros

I had 5 thousand in the payout and 8 thousand and few still crush on the balance.

Gespielt habe ich dort nur einmal und genau am 11 April2022 19:58 wurde die Einzahlung vorgenommen.

Were exactly 5000€ to pay out and still exactly 7674€ on the balance, I checked it carefully using my screenshots.

Waren genau 5000€ zur Auszahlung und noch genau 7674€ auf der Balance habe es genau nach geschaut über meine Screenshots.

the casino representative sent us a message explaining the situation. Regarding the winnings from the welcome bonus: According to the casino, the welcome bonus had a max cashout of 200€. After a short investigation, I found this rule stating the bonus is subject to a max cashout.

2.13 (...)  The maximum cashable cap with every bonus claimed is 5000 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) for deposits of more than 50 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). Any deposit match bonus promotions triggered with deposits of 50 EUR and below (or the equivalent in any other currency) will be subject to a max cap win of x 10 the amount of the original deposit.

As you deposited 20 € it seems the 200€ maximum cashout applies due to this rule.

Regarding the closed account due to a permanent self-exclusion. According to the casino you made concerning comments on live chat on the 13th of April 2022. You asked on live chat to 'be paid a little' as you 'need some money urgently'

These remarks led to your account being classified by the responsible gaming department as 'high risk' and self-exclusion was enforced.
