Tako da sam ?lan ovog kazina oko dva meseca, upla?ujem preko svojih debitnih kartica i paisafe-a, pre neko jutro sam osvojio 100.000, nakon ?to sam ih povukao, odigrao sam nekoliko hiljada, a zatim sam odlu?io da spustim slu?alicu i uzbu?en da ka?em svojoj porodici, sada ubrzo nakon ?to mi je re?eno da verifikujem, onda brzo otpremam svoju licencu i moj dokaz o adresi u?ivo i razgovor je potvr?eno da ?u razgovarati i da su mi potvr?eni. bude samo naglas maksimalno 4000 nedeljno ?to sam prihvatio po?to je moje povla?enje bilo znatno ve?e od mojih ukupnih depozita (2500$) rekli su mi da ?e biti na ?ekanju 2 dana, a zatim ?e mi dati 4000$ u petak, u ?etvrtak, pitam kako to ka?e da sam u ?askanju, Rian ka?e da je problem u ?askanju ja sam deponovao a oni su mi kreditirali ra?un i da bi sve to popravili za mene, da li bih ?eleo da ispravim zaostale obaveze sa 200 dolara od svog dobitka, a on je rekao slatko da je va?e povla?enje jo? uvek na putu za petak...do?ite u petak. Pitam live chat status mog ra?una, ka?u mi da mi ra?un opet kasni! 168 dolara, tako da su jo? jednom ispravili to sa mojim dobicima. U ovom trenutku sam uznemiren jer nikada nisam vratio moje uplate na moj ra?un, tip tada ka?e da ?ete morati da po?aljete e-po?tu upravljanju rizicima u vezi sa svojim nalogom, a zatim su zaklju?ali moj kazino nalog i zatra?ili da vam dam . Moj paso? (nemam ga, pa sam zbog toga verifikovao svoju dozvolu) - me?utim, ponudio sam svoj rodni list i bilo ?ta drugo da potvrdim.

Uklonio sam 2 svoje debitne kartice koje retko koristim i to samo za odre?ene stvari tj. iznajmljivanje i ostavio samo kartice na kojima su moje plate i tro?enje novca
Otpremio sam prednju i pole?inu kartica koje su tra?ili, kao i bankovni izvod
Ne?e odgovoriti na moje e-poruke i stvarno su zbunjeni sa dokumentima koji su im zapravo potrebni. Priseban sam, osje?am da su me tretirali nepravedno.

So I've been a member with this casino for around two months, I deposit via my debit cards and paysafes, the other morning I won 100k, after withdrawing it I played a few thousand then decided to hang it up and get excited to tell my family, now shortly after I am told to verify, then I quickly upload my license and my proof of address, both were confirmed and after speaking to the live chat I was told congratulations and that I would be only aloud a maximum of 4000 per week to which I accepted since my withdrawal was substantially a lot bigger than my total deposits ($2500) they told me it would be in pending for 2 days then be releasing $4000 to me on that coming Friday, on Thursday I ask how come it says I'm in arrears , Ryan the live chat gyy says it's because there's been a problem with me depositing and they e credited my account and to fix it all up for me would I like to correct the arrears with $200 out of my winnings and he said sweet your withdrawl is all still on track for Friday...come Friday. I ask live chat a status of my acc, they say to me my account is once again in arrears! $168 so once again they correct it with my winnings I'm at this point distressed as I've never had my payments bounce back into my acc, the guy then says you will have to email risk management in regards to your account , then they locked my casino account and requested I provide . My passport ( I don't have one hence why I verified my license) - I did however offer my birth certificate and anything else to verify.
They asked for front and backs of all cards on my account
Three are my asb bank debit cards 700+
I've deposited off my kiwibank card $600+
And off my personal rent acc westpac debit $200
I removed 2 of my debits as those cards I rarely use and only for specific things i.e rent and left only the cards that have my wages n spending money in them
I uploaded front and backs of cards they had asked for and a bank statement also
They won't reply to my emails and are being really confusing with what documents they actually require I'm at my wits end I feel I've been treated unfairly.
