Proces verifikacije KYC-a je po?eo 13. juna.
Od tada sam podneo slede?a dokumenta:
Fotografija moje li?ne karte (obe strane)
Fotografije svih mojih bankovnih kartica
Kompletni izvodi bankovnog ra?una za proteklu godinu
Bilo koji drugi dokumenti koje je kazino zahtevao tokom ovog procesa.
Neki od mojih dokumenata su u po?etku odbijeni, ali sam odmah ponovo poslao ispravne verzije kako je tra?eno.
U potpunosti sam sara?ivao i ?to je br?e mogu?e pru?io sve ?to su tra?ili, ali uprkos tome, verifikacija je jo? uvek u toku bez jasnih informacija.

Thank you for your response.
The KYC verification process started on June 13th.
Since then, I have submitted the following documents:
A photo of my ID card (both sides)
Photos of all my bank cards
Full bank account statements for the past year
Any other documents the casino requested during this process.
Some of my documents were initially rejected, but I immediately re-submitted the correct versions as requested.
I have fully cooperated and provided everything they asked for as quickly as possible, but despite that, the verification is still pending with no clear update.
